Deeply Relaxing and Nourishing

As my client, you will step into a safe and sacred space where I will help guide you through a deeply relaxing therapeutic massage experience. Together, we will listen to what your body needs throughout your individualized massage session. My relaxation massage is warm, heart-centered, and therapeutic. Every massage is different because every body is different -- I am happy to adjust the depth of pressure in order to meet your preferences, and I encourage communication in order to get your specific needs met.
My techniques are guided by intuition, years of experience, and professional training. You will peel yourself away from my massage table feeling grounded, nourished, and relaxed -- It truly is a kind way to treat yourself or your loved ones.
Recovery-enhancing Sports Massage
If you are an athlete, an avid hiker, or an adventurist, this is the massage for you.
My Sports Massage includes Trigger Point, Myofascial Release, Stretching, Functional Releases, Deep Tissue Massage, and Swedish Massage techniques. By loosening connective tissues and soft tissues, I can encourage your circulatory system to bring more blood flow into your muscles. Increased blood flow can encourage nutrient absorption as well as waste removal such as lactic acid. I can help release your tight hip flexors, your pecs, or that testy IT Band that may be limiting your joint mobility. It is important to remain well balanced, flexible, and strong in order to minimize the risk of injury and to encourage muscle fatigue recovery.
Therapeutic Medical Orthopedic Massage
Although I am not trained to diagnose, I have experience working with post-surgical patients in an out-patient rehabilitative clinic. I use Deep Tissue and Medical Massage techniques to encourage healing after orthopedic surgeries, injuries, or mechanical or postural back pain. I have worked with clients who have endured whiplash, knee surgeries, shoulder surgeries, fractures, frozen shoulder, cervical, thoracic or lumbar fusions, sacroiliac joint dysfunctions, bursitis, tennis or golfer's elbow, sciatica, and more.
I have many clients who receive massage outside of their plan of care with their physical therapist because they find that more time receiving hands-on therapy proves to be beneficial for them in the long run.
